I’m Dr. Stephen Wise, a recently retired surgeon with over 30 years of experience serving some of Chicago’s most underserved communities. I’m now proud to call Telluride home — and I’m ready to give back.

With no physician currently serving on the Telluride Hospital District Board, I believe our community deserves representation that includes frontline medical expertise. My background in both clinical care and healthcare leadership uniquely equips me to contribute to the board’s vital work.

Let’s build a healthcare future that’s thoughtful, equitable, and responsive to our community’s real needs.

• Starting Monday, April 7th, 2025, Ballots will be available for pickup at the Courthouse between the hours of 7:30 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Thursday. 

• On Monday, April 14th, 2025, Ballots will be mailed to constituents.
