On the more personal side…

My wife and I have been married for over 30 years, and we’re proud parents of two adult children. We’ve been longtime homeowners in Telluride, and since 2022, we’ve been living here full-time. Over the years, I’ve worked in Trail Safety at the ski resort, assisted in local EMT education, and spent time building relationships in a town we’ve loved for decades.

I’m also an avid landscape photographer — you’ll see some of my local shots here — and I feel most at peace behind the lens on a quiet trail or snowy ridge.

Now, I’m looking for ways to give back to this community in a meaningful and lasting way. I’m running for the Telluride Hospital District Board because I believe our healthcare future needs thoughtful, experienced leadership — and a physician’s voice at the table. I’d be honored to bring my skills, my perspective, and my heart to the work ahead.
